Description

The main house: 4 bedrooms, all double and spacious, and a family bathroom. The
large L-shaped living and dining area is fabulous, with a wood-burning
fireplace. You can easily configure the living area with a TV and the dining
area to suit your needs. The kitchen is much more modern than expected, and
also larger than anticipated, with beautiful furnishings, a bright and airy
feel, and a wood-burning fireplace. A small hallway leads to a pantry and then
to an outside door that opens onto a side terrace where the owners often have
breakfast while enjoying the sunrise.
The
covered entrance terrace is spacious and beautifully designed, with stunning
views of the grounds to the left, the swimming pool, and the raised front
terrace. Plenty of room for a large dining table and seating.

The guest house: a separate bathroom with space for a washing machine, etc.,
and another bathroom that leads to a spacious living/dining/bedroom area.
Currently, there are two sofa beds, but there is enough space for a double bed.

The garage: A spacious garage currently used to store all the things I asked
them to remove from the property, but they haven't had time to go through them.
It's really a garage for one car and a small workshop, but right outside
there's a carport for three cars. I love that this area is at the back of the
property and you can't see anything at all until you walk around the main
house.

The grounds: Just over 2,000 m² and very easy to maintain, the grounds are
divided into different sections, all very well cared for, and there are several
fruit trees, as well as olive and almond trees.
The
views from the grounds, from every corner, are magnificent, with mountain
ranges in front and behind, and complete privacy.
Finally,
I think the pool and the raised terrace are a highlight and a great place to
sunbathe or simply relax while listening to the sound of the water.
